Name	Supermarine Spitfire
Description	A British single-seat fighter aircraft that was used by the Royal Air Force and many other Allied countries during and after WW2. It was produced in greater numbers than any other British aircraft. During the Battle of Britain, the Spitfire was perceived by the public to be 'the' RAF fighter.
