Description A Royal Artillery unit of the British airborne forces during WW2, a constituent of the 1st Airlanding Anti-Tank Regiment along with the 2nd and 5th batteries. It was deployed supporting 1st Parachute Brigade in Sicily, during the seaborne invasion of Italy and sent to Arnhem, during Op Market Garden to support the 1st, 2nd and 3rd Parachute Battalions.
